On-Site Engineering, Inc. provides civil and environmental engineering consulting services in both the private and public sectors. On-Site Engineering, Inc. is located in Westerly, Rhode Island and was incorporated in January 2004 by President and Principal Engineer, Anthony Nenna. Projects include on-site sewage disposal design, drainage design, floodplain evaluations, road design, residential and commercial site plan designs, development of Stormwater Pollution Prevention Plans (SWPP), development of erosion and sediment control plans, water supply and sanitary sewer design. On-Site Engineering, Inc. has extensive experience with the Rhode Island Department of Environmental Management (RIDEM) permitting, including wetlands and individual sewage disposal systems, with the Coastal Resource Management Council (CRMC) and the Rhode Island Department of Transportation (RIDOT). Mr. Nenna has been project manager on large sewer projects for municipalities and RIDOT drainage projects that involved construction cost estimating, contractor bid reviews and construction administration.
Mr. Nenna also has past experience with other consulting firms consisting of providing master plan and utility research and infrastructure design for the Federal Bureau of Prisons. He has traveled to to potential sites for federal prisons to conduct utility research, determine the utility demand to support individual prisons and prison complexes, prepared cost estimates and provided recommendations for site selection.
Having working directly with licensed professional land surveyors, Mr. Nenna has extensive experience in interpreting surveying documents and plans as well as writing and understanding boundary and easement descriptions. All projects under the management of Mr. Nenna involve deed research and interpretation of boundary descriptions.
On-Site Engineering, Inc. has worked with and has access to local architects, landscape architects and wetland biologists to support all facets of engineering design services.
Joseph P. Toscano Jr., PLS provides professional surveying services in both the private and public sectors. Mr. Toscano has provided extensive boundary and topographic surveys for southern Rhode Island and Connecticut and has been a registered professional land surveyor in the state of Rhode Island and Connecticut for 31 years. Throughout his career, Mr. Toscano has performed numerous boundary surveys, topographic surveys, deed research, writing property and easement descriptions and conducting elevation certificates during his tenure.
